Please call ahead and cancel. We would love to help you reschedule for a better time. This is necessary to keep our local business here to keep giving you the best treatments in Hervey Bay.

Cancellations

Appointments are reserved especially for you. We understand that plans change, so we kindly ask that you give us 24 hours’ notice should you need to change or cancel your appointment. No shows will be charged 50% of treatment.

Arrival

Please come 5 minutes early to ensure your booking starts on time. Late arrivals may mean your treatment is shortened so as not to inconvenience the next person waiting. 

Do Not Disturb

We will ask you to silence/turn off your phone upon arrival. This allows our staff to do their best work without interruption from messages or calls, while you benefit from the calm space.

Children in the clinic

Due to social distancing guidelines we regret we cannot accommodate children in the clinic. Please take the opportunity to have a little me-time just for you, and come on your own.

Gift Cards

Gift Cards are treated like cash at Skin + Wax Clinic. To book a treatment you will need to provide the Gift Card number. Gift Cards must be present with you at time of payment in order to redeem. If you don’t have the voucher with you, you will need to pay in full. This will be refunded to you if you return & present the Gift Card.
All Gift Cards are non-refundable and cannot be cancelled. No change will be given on a Gift Card.
Gift Cards are valid for 2 years from date of issue, you should use all the value on it before expiry. Lost or stolen Gift Cards will not be reissued so keep them safe!
